Change of charity structure
Hackney Youth Orchestras Trust has been operating as a charity in the London Borough of Hackney for 30 years. Until recently, the Charity was an unincorporated trust, registration number 1013051. Trustees made the decision to convert the Charity into a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), and opened a CIO on 4 September 2020. The assets and the Charity’s activities were transferred to the CIO on 18 August 2022. The registration number of the CIO is 1191159.
